About Davotes

Brenda Zwinkels is the founder of Davotes. As a therapist and trainer with many years of experience in healthcare, she developed and led trainings for professionals across different care settings. What she consistently observed is how central communication is — not just as a tool, but as a way of relating to others and staying connected to yourself.

In the training Brenda creates a space to reflect, recharge, and grow in how we show up in our daily work. Her aim is to make this work accessible, grounded, and directly applicable — so it supports not just your clients, but also your own wellbeing as a professional.

Brenda enjoys working together with Eelco de Geus in trainings, who's at the basis of developing systemic-dialogic work.
